Happy St. Patty's

Any big plans in your neck of the woods?  Come evening we will be partaking in a delicious corned beef and cabbage meal.  I may look forward to this more than Thanksgiving- no joke. 6 o'clock could not come soon enough!

  1. Aww I love the picture!
Corned beef is one of the reasons I'm not a die-hard vegetarian! The aroma makes me melt! Have a great day!

  2. The Plaid Patrol (aka my family! we're all super-heroes, doncha know) had prepared for corned beef with cabbage & potatoes; but we'll have to delay it until Sunday as Captain Plaidman had to go to the hospital last night. He's supposed to be on a liquid diet through Saturday; but at least they let me go home! I plan to cook mine in the CrockPot, with BEER -- yummy!

  6. Adorable picture of Elise!

I just had Corned Beef and Cabbage for lunch...and had a coupon for 50% off to eat at Earth Fare, perfect! My husband is a vegetarian so it is just cruel for me to fix this at home. This way we can each pick what we want from their hot/salad bar and be happy!

  12. I made the same thing and wondered why I don't make it more often. My family absolutely adores it and it is so easy. Seriously. And a seriously cute baby, too. :)
